Don't get married, girls

The more people tell us that weddings and marriages are out of fashion, the more famous people walk down the aisle.

The loudest weddings of this summer:

1. Natalie Evans and Filip Berge 2. Christina Borgen and Nicholas Hansen 3. Anne Olsen and Alexander Williamsen. The audience shrugged off Natalie Evans: it's unclear if they will live together, and Natalie Evans is quite unpredictable. Borgen received a ton of negativity. Why do you need this idle person, Christina? Why do your girls need a stepfather? Did you draft a marriage contract? Can't you see that he is not the right one for you? He is uncouth. Anne Olsen and Alexander Williamsen secretly got married.

The bride shared that there is peace and tranquility in their family:

They are soundproofing their apartment so they can play musical instruments at 3 a.m.Rumor has it that the woman is pregnant, so the couple got registered. Anne Olsen is 32. Alexander is 48. At that age, many became grandfathers. And some are just getting married. My friend once told me that the chances of finding a young and energetic partner are slim for her. Only someone who is 20 years older. But such a candidate is grumpy, complains, and instantly falls asleep after lunch... He runs to doctors, becomes obsessed with healthy living, and also gets wildly jealous.

I just listened then, without commenting.

And then, time after time, I began to meet women who married men in their 50s and had children with them. Moreover, in these specific cases, it was a leap upwards, not a lowering of the bar. That is, the secretary married her boss, the nurse married the chief doctor, and so on. But... They would have been better off choosing their peers. One girl had a child with a genetic syndrome. Another one was diagnosed with autism at two years old. And a third didn’t speak until he was seven; they started his speech development with medications, and the boy was pricked so much that dark spots appeared on his skin.

Would they have suffered if they had married their peers?

Only God knows. But nature is very pragmatic and specific. Nature gives us nothing to postpone for better times: neither children, nor love, nor... nor a career. Those who did not catch up missed out. It instantly takes away everything that it gives for a while: strength, health, beauty, memory...
